- Avoid Blood Thinners: About a week before your appointment, try to avoid blood-thinning medications or supplements like aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and vitamin E. These can increase bruising or swelling after treatment.
- Limit Alcohol and Caffeine: Try to skip alcohol and caffeine for at least 24 hours before your treatment.
- Hydrate: Keeping your skin hydrated helps it respond better to treatment.
